Digital Marketing Expert

Location: Mumbai

Position Reporting to: Co-Founder

Mandatory Skills:

1. Education background from reputed institutes like IIM,IIT,XLRI,JBIMS or an extremely creative mind which may be demonstrated with past work or even self developed case studies

2. Exception can be created for people who aspire to be entrepreneurs in future

Work Profile

Digital Expertise

- Have a understanding of mobile marketing ecosystem with knowledge of mobile apps,mobile games, sms and voice based marketing, WAP advertising

- Ability to create innovative concepts on mobile

- Manage and optimize social acquisition, branding and other campaigns across several social networks, including Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, LinkedIn, Google+, Pinterest, Quora, Slideshare etc., local networks and more.

- Blog development

- Optimize targeting, creative, marketing messages, marketing spend, bids and budget allocation.

- Development, execution and management of our comprehensive digital marketing efforts, including Email Marketing, Blogging, Copywriting, Google AdWords & Analytics.

- Plan and execute all social media and mobile advertising campaigns delivering leads and converting them directly to revenue targets.

- Measure and report performance of all social media and mobile marketing campaigns, and assess against goals set.

- Identify trends and insights, and optimize performance based on the insights and data.

- Working with social media groups to increase exposure and drive traffic to client website.

- Evaluate and analyze end customer experience across all social media channels,mobile and customer touch points

- Creative content planning and execution across the spectrum of social media channels and mobile media

Solution Development

- Identify business gaps for clients and conceptualize solutions to address gaps

- Secondary research to assess existing solutions and identify key points of differentiation for the proposed solution

- Evaluate various potential options and arrive at logical and fact-based conclusion on best solution and approach

- Low level design for the solution by detailing key features and expected functionality

Collateral Development

- Design new collaterals for existing processes and activities

- Support client pitches

- Enhance existing collaterals

- Prepare centre of excellence frameworks and implement them

- Secondary research support on social media and mobile

Other Skills

- Blend of creativity and analytical skill with a strong results-oriented, metrics-driven approach to problem solving.

- Ability to design posters/banners using Adobe Photoshop/Coral Draw or any other photo-editing tools for social media promotion.

- Should have excellent communication skills, exceptional writing skills, able to create compelling marketing / social media content & copy.

- Aptitude to work outside of your comfort zone and get things done quickly.

- Excellent Copy Writing, Copy-editing and proof reading articles and other web content.

- Ability to handle multiple tasks and set priorities.

- Ability to manage a team of 5 people
