We at MobileIron India are looking to hire a Talent Acquisition Consultant to help us drive Talent Acquisition strategy and processes end to end for our India centers in Hyderabad. The position can be based out of either of these locations as well.

Responsibilities

You- ll be tasked with supporting our hiring managers and becoming a talent advisor to them. You'll also:

- Be hands on and manage End to End Recruitment from sourcing to on-boarding for both Hyderabad location

- Be able to drive Talent Acquisition including sourcing, improve our hiring / interviewing processes, candidate management & experience, hiring quality matching talent etc

- Lead all the TA processes and own the metrics

Experience

- Minimum 2 - 4 years of experience in IT Product based staffing managing end to end recruitment

- Interested Candidates from Top B-Schools like XLRI, TISS, MDI, SIBM or SCMHRD only may apply

- Proven track record of hiring quality candidates (with available metrics to back up how great you are)

- Location can be Hyderabad

- Compensation is not a constraint for the right candidate
