Role:
- To attain and exceed team sales target and be responsible for maintaining existing business and the successful sales of new business within the designated classified section.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop profitable new business opportunities
- Develop new sales leads and to build a database of potential clients
- Clarify goals and reach agreement maintaining the interests of all parties
- Maintain and grow existing business
- Develop strong client relationships to enhance the standing of the company and increase sales.
- Organizing sales visits
- Understands clients' needs
- Build and maintain excellent relationships with colleagues and clients
- Achieve set targets and to follow the set strategy punctually
- Manage the proposal development process and maintain the time-lines for the proposal teams
- Develop market strategy for achieving business results
- Create, develop and maintain relations with key players & stakeholders related to the business.
- Develop and leverage expert knowledge
- Identify industry trends, key players, clients and opportunities
- Coordinate with clients concerning requirements, standards, conditions and timing of research
- Review Sales plan with Management
- Develop final proposals based on team meetings and discussions
- Maintain the Business Development databases
- Support marketing activities, including trade, mailings, etc
- Maintaining accurate records.
