To implement with a deep understanding of traditional and innovative marketing strategies to drive the business goals.   Outline: The job holder as Director- Marketing, reports to CEO, is responsible for strategic planning, branding, market research, and customer service across global markets. Develop roadmap, execute marketing strategy from ground up, and set the overall strategic direction for the Marketing function. Build partnerships with key stakeholders such as agencies, industry bodies and others in the ecosystem. Ascertain and initiate marketing and communications programs based on stakeholder insights and new opportunities across segments and geographies that will build the company's brand. Drive and lead engagement with various media partners including print and digital media, drive conferences, Consortiums and events.  In order to ensure effective execution of the job s/he needs to understand the needs of the organization, using ethnographic/market research tools to analyze the market trends and contribute accordingly.   Key Responsibilities:   1. Plan, design and execute a comprehensive Marketing and communications strategy that builds awareness and insight about MNR CDACS  2. Execute marketing programs to generate leads, manage and optimize the opportunities across segments and geographies  3. Manage new product launches to ensure cross-discipline synchronization, and maximum awareness and revenue impact  4. Build relations with all the key stakeholders and innovative ways to connect with the clients  5. Devise brand guidelines and develop content for various channels including website, newsletters, media stories, social media etc.  6. Manage a budget and measure success with sophisticated analytics to maximize ROI.  Desired Skills  Qualification: 8+ yrs with full-time MBA in Marketing from reputed institute  Excellent communication & Interpersonal skills at par with global standards  Ability to operate in an early stage / Start up environment is strongly preferred  Experience in Healthcare industry is preferable  Creative bent of mind  Ability to work independently but collaboratively  Extreme attention to detail and Excellent writing abilities  Must have relevant work experience in marketing, communication and brand strategy  Must be extremely driven with the ability to independently research, analyze and interpret data to support business decisions.  Ready to Travel
