Job Description:   The Head of Product Management reports directly to the CEO of MMI Online Ltd and is responsible for the overall functioning of the site.   Key Areas of Responsibility  - Overall responsibility of the portal.  - Manage a team comprising of these broad functions.  - Product Management, Technology, Content, Marketing, SEO, Design.   As Head of Product Management you will have to work closely with:  The Content team to:  - Identify and build the content strategy.  - Build new content centers  - Maintain traffic for existing content centers.  The Sales team to:  - Build the sales strategy.  - Execute sales campaigns.  The Product team to:  - Identify new growth centers by means of features or sections.  - Build traffic by means of new product features, sections, seo etc.  - The Design team to fine tune UI, design and product improvements from an aesthetic perspective  - The Technology team to ensure that product vision is translated into a technology product.  - The SEO team to identify the SEO content strategy.  - Manage and build relationships with our technology partners, content partners and others.  Be responsible for P&L of the project (budgets).  Desired Candidate Profile:  - 5 - 10 years of experience in the field of Product Management in an Internet Media Company.  - Works well under pressure has the ability to work within stringent timelines and to collaborate across departments to achieve results.   - Deep knowledge of the online ecosystem, including content sites, search engines and social platforms.  - Solid understanding of web/portal behavior.
