- Should have worked on an assignments involving ERP implementation across value chain.

- Should have worked closely with manufacturing industry for IT projects & should understand the basics of manufacturing industry (preferably Automotive or Machine manufacturing).

- Communication & negotiation skills should be excellent.

- Candidate should understand Financial/Accounting practices followed in manufacturing sector.

Job Responsibilities :

- Study Manufacturing, Marketing & Accounting practices used by company & make flow diagrams of all activities in these verticals.

- Define the ERP modules (such as purchase, inventory, crm etc) required by the organization after studying the current operations.

- Coordinate with ERP service providers to come up with multiple alternatives on ERP along with options such as in house server, remote server or cloud server etc. Make a comparison of options to explain Risk, Expenses (Capex & Operating) & benefits associated with each option.

- Coordinate the ERP implementation activity across functions.

- Head IT division of the Organization & coordinate with third party service providers for Software & hardware support.

Job Location : Pune

Required Experience : 4-8 years of Experience in IT consulting in manufacturing vertical.

Educational Qualification : B.E. (IT/Computer Science/Electronics), MBA will be preferred.
