Title MIS Manager :

Job Description :

- MIS Manager will be a bridge between sales and marketing field team and Sales Leadership roles. He has to report both qualitative and quantitative aspects.

- The ideal candidate has to take the ownership of Sales and Marketing MIS. It involves upgrading current MIS (or even designing new formats) with help from Head-Sales to capture data.

Key deliverables includes :

- Obtaining data from field team and updates of daily reports

- Publishing summaries on daily/weekly/monthly basis

- Auditing correctness of information

- Suggesting management on usage of data to fine tune sales and marketing strategy.

- Exception reporting on markets, competitors and sales environment in a region.

Key Skills :

- MIS Automation with application of Macros and other tools

- Advanced Excel, VBA and Macros; Powerpoint presentations.

- Excellent communication: Written and Spoken

- Sales and marketing MIS; Sales budgeting and sales incentives;

- System Integration with daily reporting apps and portal/solutions which MITRA may opt in future

- Sound Knowledge of predictive analysis for trends and predictions

- Personal Qualities and Attributes Aggressive, Pro active, Responsibility, Team Leader, Problem Solving abilities and zeal to succeed.
