Job Description:

- This position will manage all aspects of the plant "startup plan". Responsible for the communication and execution of the operational initiatives outlined in M.I.T.R.A.'s strategic plan and for the day-to-day effectiveness in the product. Create manpower and facilities requirements forecasts. Set systems, Policies and Procedures related to operations.

- Increase Throughput and inventory turns to meet or exceed established targets. Assure that all M.I.T.R.A. Team Members meet the highest standards of compliance in Safety and Quality.

Key Skills: Factory operations, Production-, Vendor development, supplier quality, new product development, R & D, Quality Assurance, Leadership, Creative problem solver, Proficient in the use of Microsoft word, excel, project, PPT. Proficient in Local language (Marathi)

Job Location : Pune/Mumbai

Job Sector: Manufacturing

Required Experience:

- 15 -20 years in Production/ Manufacturing.

- Experience in OEM agri machinery industry (ex. JCB, John Deere (Except Tractor), Caterpillar, Kubota, Paddy Trans-planters, Bailer manufacturers, Shaktiman Sugar cane Harvester, SWAN Implements, Redlands Motors etc.).

- Understanding growth potential by joining a start up.

- Exposure to R&D/ Product Development ( Do not prefer companies where designs are coming from foreign parents)

Educational Qualification: B.E. Mechanical from any Tier- I school of Engineering (M.B.A. will be preferred).
