Job Responsibilities:

- Main responsibility is to drive exports sales of Agricultural sprayers and other agricultural equipments in Lat Am, North America, Europe and Africa.

- Identify new channel partners/ dealers for our products in above mentioned territories.

- Participate in International exhibitions and respond quickly to exhibition enquires.

- Manage the movement of products out of the country, and to comply with relevant local, country and international law and process.

- Manage the necessary documentation and online forms for the efficient, cost-effective and lawful execution of all export activities.

- Correspondence with freight forwarders for receiving quotes LCL, FCL, Sea / Air shipments, transit time, route and shipping bill, AWB, Bill of lading and their bill for freight charges.

- Preparation of Quotation, Certificate of Origin and other related documents.

- Communicate with export related authorities, and customers and suppliers, in all relevant territories and countries, as necessary to ensure efficient, positive and lawful relations, support and activities.

- Identify market potential for our products across globe.

- Develop and implement an effective exports plan which is primarily responsible for direct sales and secondly for channel partner development.

- Be available to travel frequently to territories to support channel partners.

- Ensure availability of promotional materials at all the locations of channel partners.

- Participate in product demonstrations to ensure systematic approach of the activity.

Essential Qualifications:

- Passion to work as an owner of the company in a highly energetic startup and having a hungry, entrepreneurial mindset.

- This position is for professionals who truly love being in export sales function and intend to build a long-term career prospect in this function

- Minimum 5-10 years of experience in Export sales/marketing of tractors, agricultural equipments, micro irrigation and other irrigation equipments, other engineering or innovative products and must have an in-depth exposure to International markets.

Compensation

Compensation will be above market trend for right candidate. Attractive cash incentives will be offered for achieving targets.
