The Responsibilities

As a member of the MSDC team your responsibilities will include but are not limited to

1) Liaise with the clients to analyse, determine and document the customer's business requirements and the scope of the project

2) Analyzing a customer's current business processes and scenarios; specifying, presenting, configuring business processes and best practices for customers during project implementations

3) Advise clients on test planning to ensure successful solution implementation, Support the User Acceptance & Operations testing of the system on-site and manage the issues during UAT & Operations testing.

4) Contribute towards developing consultancy tools and processes that could ease future implementation and provide functional training of other

5) Consultants to increase knowledge and skills transfer

6) Provide support during data conversion & branch roll out in country to ensure successful system roll out

7) Participate in testing and QA of functional domain of the business applications.

8) Design & present training courses to our customers

9) Responsible for the Solution Design and ongoing Solution Governance, Ensures that the agreed solution is being correctly implemented using Misys Application Process Solutions

10) Work cross function with development, QA and customer support teams to define and execute testing strategy.

11) Analyzes and resolves process issues and deltas

12) Provide information, advice, guidance and updates throughout the project lifecycle in order to assist management to eliminate risks and increase the likelihood of project success

13) Lead and mentor junior business consultants to achieve the tasks assigned

The Required Skills, Knowledge & Experience:

1) 10 -12 years of working knowledge in Treasury and Capital Markets product and domain

2) Deep understanding of Treasury and Capital Market solution and processes.

3) Prior experience with on-site implementation of enterprise application

4) Exposure to working with multiple clients from various locations around the world

5) Should be ready to travel on short or medium term assignments on need basis.

Educational background: Successful completion of a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in computers or Finance.
