Larger purpose and impact of this role:

Book by the Hour is a misunderstood term in Indian context, often looked down due to negative perception built about it traditionally. Content is going to be the centre of the marketing efforts at MiStay and will be pivotal in changing this perception while building a highly engaged loyal customer base.

Content Marketing Manager will take ownership over MiStay's content strategy and play crucial role in building MiStay's brand and attaining growth.

Responsibilities :

Content Strategy Development : Develop the content marketing strategy in alignment with the marketing, growth and branding goals of company while experimenting in different forms and content mediums

Content Creation : Generate engaging content and visuals as per the plan for different mediums such as blogs, videos, infographics, e-book, podcasts, case-studies, etc.

Content Distribution : Develop and execute the content distribution plan, drive engagement through discussions in various forums.

Type of a candidate will succeed in this role :

1. Passion for content marketing

2. Experience in content marketing & SEO

3. Highly creative
