The main areas of focus for this role will be to:  Lead Almata's healthcare technology business for global public health in India  - Work directly with the President, Almata to develop and execute strategy for designing and deploying sustainable and impactful health technology solutions in India  - Develop Almata's relationships with key stakeholders in governments, social organizations and the private sector.  - Work closely with the Chief Technology Officer of Avegen on design and deployment of technology solutions  - Responsible for delivering on financial and social impact goals of Almata  - Cultivate relationships with and secure support of healthcare providers, professional organizations and policy makers towards organization goals  - Be the ambassador to achieving Almata's vision  Qualifications and Experience:  - Masters degree in a scientific/technical/business discipline  - Experience in corporate leadership  - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills  - Ability to work in and manage international multi-disciplinary teams  - Understand and/or have learning agility for the healthcare technology sector  - Have ability to balance strategic outlook and operational delivery
