The expansion plan will allow us to add 100 additional schools thereby serving a total of 9000 students in one year.  We are currently hiring for:  Designation: Assistant Vice President - Marketing  Following are the job responsibilities for this role:  Brand development:  - Positioning and Differentiating. Pre schools so far are a rather commodity item, we want to change that and stand for something in the mind of our consumer. We do not want to be everything for everyone, but polarise our market and have a cult following. Basically, we want someone to create a world class preschool brand.   Market Intelligence & Consumer Insights:  - To be the expert on our clientele (parents) and their decision process. Develop insights on category evolution, pricing, market share and overall brand performance. Share the inputs and take appropriate action in response to market.  Marketing Plan & Media Planning   - Develop annual marketing plans & manage the cross functional implementation to drive demand.   - Monitor plan effectiveness to drive marketing ROI.  Agency Handling and Campaign Development:  - Agency briefings and creative development for various ATL campaigns. ( offline and online)  - Work with regional team and agency for execution of below the line activities, promotions and development of point of sale material.  Marketing Communications ( Including digital)  - Leading the internal and external communication of be it PR or be it setting the tone of the company.   - Responsible for Brand website, which also involves working with the in-house digital agency to develop relevant product/brand content and campaigns on the digital media to generate leads / traffic on the website.   New Product Launches:  - Responsible for driving NPD with product / academic team. Responsible for concept generation to commercialization. He/She is responsible for ensuring timelines for the launch and tracking the key financials of the project.  Business:  - Responsible for achieving business objectives by enabling regional teams to meet their targets.  - Responsible for providing appropriate inputs in the form of lead generation activities and improving conversions ( Lead to walk-in to purchase).  Brand Experience:  - Responsible for creating ONE brand experience across all consumer touch points; (Including but not limiting to): pre-school centers, POS, website, events, activities.  Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:  - Ability to think out of the box and come up with creative ideas in guerrilla marketing or a new sales process.   - Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills  - Ability to multitask with a hands-on attitude  Melissa Renake Manager - Recruitment 9930716905
