Miller & Cambridge is also the sole representative partner for a US based company AIRINC (Associates for International Research, Inc.) in India that specialises in Global Mobility Compensation Data & Advisory Services. Position: Senior Consultant - Executive Search

Location: Bangalore

Job Description:

- Mapping of various companies across functions.

- Handling recruitments at top management level using techniques like Headhunting & Mapping, Networking and Referencing, Job sites and creating strong database for future requirements.

- Fully understanding clients' staffing requirements and match qualified, serious candidates to those needs to assure a timely, favourable and enjoyable process for all.

- Coordinating the entire recruitment process with the client in an efficient manner while ensuring maximum client satisfaction.

- Capable of building strong Client relationships & professionally manage client expectations along with demonstrated ability to build and cultivate strong relationships.

- Screening of candidate profiles and conducting the preliminary round of interview, understanding the initial due-diligence in terms of their career aspirations, relocation constraints, current and expected CTC etc. so as to put forward the best candidate to the client.

- Verifying candidate's educational background, work experience and career expectation.

Desired Skills & Experience:

- Strong passion for executive search.

- Experience in handling CXO level searches.

- Experience in handling Manufacturing Industry recruitments is a mandatory requirement. Areas of expertise including Executive and Professional level searches within Operations Management, Logistics, Distribution, Engineering, and Supply Chain & Quality would be an added advantage.

- Positive attitude, Good interpersonal skills, to be able to work under pressure, Willingness to learn and take on additional challenges/responsibilities.
