Job Title - Mid Back office Product Support  Job location - Bangalore  Experience - 5 to 10 years  Job Details:  Provide a positive phone experience by being prompt and courteous at all times.  Receive and manage inbound product support enquiries within the Global Operations Support Centre via all channels (phone, email, chat)  Provide accounting troubleshooting support to customers across a range of areas including reconciliation, ledgers, balancing, accounts payable and receivable and other general accounting areas.  Provide technical and functional troubleshooting workflow support on a variety of Sabre products, including mid-office travel & accounting products as well Corporate and Leisure online booking engines.  Use your accounting/book-keeping skills to provide guidance to the customer on simple to complex accounting functions.   Ensure that all customers, both internal and external are addressed and treated professionally  Identify the customer's real needs, troubleshoot the incident and where possible, provide a resolution to the incident upon first contact  - Provide superior customer satisfaction through timely and accurate problem diagnosis/resolution and maintenance of skill set.  - Work with product analysis team, developers and business analysts to resolve customer issues giving as much information as possible, maintaining clear communication within departments, following support protocols and logging details under customer records.  - To retain ownership of incidents escalated to other parties and ensure a speedy resolution within the agreed Service Level Agreements  - Adherence to departmental performance goals which contribute positively to overall and company objectives.  - Raise issues in CRM tracking system and allocate to the correct support group.  - Regularly monitor relevant job queues, follow up raised issues in CRM tracking system, prioritise tasks effectively   - Use tracking system to maintain accurate customer history for any problems/issues that are recorded.  - Escalate customer issues and flag any re-occurring system or customer account issues to the Supervisor/Manager  - Maintain and strive to improve your own skill set relative to the job by attending pre-organised and ad-hoc training sessions, both internal and external.  - Reports to Supervisor/Manager, Mid-Back Office Product Support for all operational and administrative matters concerning department staff.  - Perform any other associated duties assigned by Supervisor/Manager  SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE :   Minimum Requirements :   - Strong customer service focus with the ability to empathize as well as prioritize customers need  - Understanding of general accounting principles including reconciliation, ledgers, accounts payable and receivable and other general areas.  - Must have the ability to function well in a team environment and focus on achieving team goals.  - Previous travel agency experience or understanding of travel agency processes  - Easy going attitude. More than willing to extend self to - go the extra mile- for the client and the team  - Willingness and Flexible to work in early morning/rotational shift  Important :  - Ability to solve problems quickly and clearly over the telephone to a customer  - Excellent customer care/service skills  - Must have a minimum of two years - experience in the airline or travel industry using Native Sabre or competitive CRS functionality  - Working technical knowledge of core business applications such as MS Office Suite, Outlook and system being supported  - Sound problem solving skills with linear and logical troubleshooting skills  Technically savvy  - Customer service focused, Ability to empathize with clients- needs and instill confidence that their issue will be dealt with efficiently and effectively.  - Writing skills including the ability to understand technical terminology
