- FP&A and MIS Head

- FP&A and MIS Head is responsible for overseeing the entire planning, budgeting and forecasting cycle in line with thelong term strategic goals and annual operating plan of the entire company.

- He is also responsible for performance management of organization and shall liaise effectively with the senior management to ensure efficient management reporting

Your credentials :

- CA/CPA/CWA/MBA (Finance) with minimum 10 years experience

- Work experience in FP&A and MIS preferred

- Strong analytical and decision making

skills :

- Excellent teamwork and communication skills

- Knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP and IFRS) and financial analysis

- Working knowledge of MS Office

- Basic knowledge in ERP system (SAP, RAMCO preferred)

Whats on your plate :

- Business Planning

- Ensure development of company's long range plans and annual operating plan in consultation with CFO and other Business Heads

- Assist the management in formulation of business strategies and serve as a catalyst to drive forward initiatives critical to delivering the business strategy

- Provide financial counsel in determining feasibility and business impact of new initiatives on revenue and profitability

- Advise the business team on key business assumptions, challenges, risks, opportunities and help them in preparing the long term strategic plan for the organization
