Partner / Channel, Marketing Manager - MMDS (Microsoft Mobile Devices & Services)

Location : Gurgaon

Purpose of the Role:

This role will execute Marketing Activation along with theresponsibility of maximizing the impact of the campaign locally in alignment with the global strategy and touch point planning. S/he has to manage the deliverables within the network for smooth execution of campaign.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Represents the local markets in the global campaign development process on assigned campaigns and ensures 360 presence acrosstouch points.

- Develops campaign marketing touch point strategy including consumer participation and trade/operator impact.

- Deliver a better and deeper understanding of consumers towards enhancing relevance and impact of campaigns.

- Responsible for planning and executing campaigns, including budgets and media briefs, to maximize their impact in accordance with defined campaign metrics.

- Manages network activation agency deliverables and resources for assigned campaigns

- Shares best practice of campaigns across markets, and availability of toolkits for local implementation of specific activation concepts

- Support retail creative roll-out incl. region roadshows / sponsorships, media sponsorships/innovations, Operator Marketing, Care on all brand collateral material development in line with global brand guidelines

Key Interface:

Media, Digital marketing, CI Planning & Portfolio, RCM, LOs

Global: Activation & marketing creation

External: Advertising/Activation Agencies

Coordination with other Areas of Marketing for activation and localization.

Coordinating with media agencies for localization of media branding

Key Skills Required:

- Ability to influence, build relationships and good communication stills is essential.

- Ability to demonstrate accomplishments in innovative and creative local activation of global campaign ideas.

Knowledge based skills:

- Exposure in multiple marketing disciplines including event management, digital marketing, media, and creative development. Local marketing experience is a must, ideally combined with regional or global experience.

Qualification:

MBA with 5 - 10 years of relevant marketing experience in FMCG/FMCD or Telecom/Operator/Handset industry. Candidates from Premier B.School preferred.
