Channel Executive - MMDS (Microsoft Mobile Devices & Services)

Location : Gurgaon / Bangalore

Purpose of the job:

- Managing the role of business expansion by leveraging one Microsoft Online Brand Channel - Microsoft Store & Online Sales

- Managing the online business (through MS Store) with respect to sales, category & operations management. The BM will be responsible for sales numbers on all market places and Microsoft Store in India.

- Develop & drive business plans for key accounts (with the MS Store team) in India create opportunities for driving sales in online channel, manage opportunities and issues.

Role & Responsibilities:

- Enabling team internally and larger Microsoft retail, grow online sales business and setting targets for MS Store and Market Places

- Manage JBPs and other operational process with the accounts and HCL

- Manage conflict arising as part of online sales operations and offline retail management

- Budget allotted for promotion purposes and merchandise management for upgrading experience in Online

Objectives:

National Online Sales Operations:

- Managing and running targets driven sales in Online retail through aggregating all sales MS Store

- Effectively drive numbers and manage channel conflict

- Driving and increasing markets shares with respect to entire market share of Microsoft Devices In India

Account management:

- Manage Business plans and operations with the accounts, MS Store and HCL

- Maintaining and co-owning the relationship with MS store teams with key accounts across the country

- Increasing value share of Online Sales in India

- Increasing Market share of Online Channel/Sales channel in Nokia India

- Running Promotional/Marketing schemes across all accounts

Maintaining supply chain management practices across the accounts

Skill and knowledge required:

Value Based Skills:

- Passionate about e-commerce and digitally led consumers

- Demonstrate success in formulating and executing forecasting, strategies and tactics. Specific experience launching customer acquisition and development programs.

- Familiarity with Indian markets strongly preferred.

- Expertise working with internal and external sales organizations.

- Proven analytical ability and familiar with market numbers, market indicators and metrics, and must have experience and analytical skills to translate hard data into strategic plans including analyzing the effectiveness of marketing programs on key metrics (ROI, customer acquisition and retention).

- Excellent oral and written communications, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to make decisions in an ambiguous and fast-paced environment, to communicate rationale

- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on teamwork and ability to foster / manage relationships across multiple departments

- Extremely proactive with a strong bias for action. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge Based Skills:

- Should possess account management skills.

- Should have a good understanding of Retail business and eCommerce

- Should possess an MBA degree and specialize in organized trade or corporate sales in work background

- Should possess work experience in FMCG/Retail/CDIT for at least 10 years related to above sectors
