The Microsoft CRM Dynamics Functional Consultant will act independently and advise on or manage the Dynamics CRM solution development for large complex engagements.

- The Functional Consultant will be a key contributor for the HP Microsoft Practice. The Consultant will work closely with the Project Manager, Solution Architect, and Customer Representatives to help create strong business cases supported by compelling value propositions, and will demonstrate how customers can realize substantial value by deploying the Microsoft solutions. He/she must be fluent in all aspects of relevant Microsoft Dynamic CRM products and services.

- Consultant will use business operations consulting skills, process knowledge, performance measurement capabilities, and other structured methodologies and tools to quantitatively analyze current business issues and drive specific solutions to transform and enhance our client's business using Dynamics CRM and related Microsoft technologies. The Consultant will facilitate high intensity workshops to develop business requirements, write functional specifications, and support development of demonstrations to provide solution proof. He/she must possess excellent presentation skills to concisely present our strategy to decision makers at our customers.

- On as-needed bases, consultant will be required to assist the Practice Leader, Solution Architect, and Services Executive in the practice’s sales efforts by supporting the definition, development, and presentation of sales demonstrations, and provide input for project estimations, Statement of Work, and proposal preparations.

Responsibilities

- Interact with the customer and team to gain an understanding of the business environment, technical context and organizational strategic direction.

- Apply specialized knowledge in a solutions development discipline to conceptualize, design, construct, and implement systems that enable and support business functions.

- Confirm and prioritizes project plans and deliverables with the Project Manager, Staff and Customer.

- Candidate must work with the delivery team to ensure project’s scope, timelines, and budgets are met.

- Analysis and identification of strategic operational issues and performance gaps.

- Analysis and identification and development of end-to-end process transformation opportunities and strategic profit improvement initiatives.

- Effectively apply Dynamics CRM best practices to deliverables and uphold HP quality standards.

- Perform business performance and process diagnostics and assessments.

- Configure and implement Dynamics CRM.

- Create and maintain written specifications and screen mockups.

- Assist the testing teams with the development and maintenance of test plans.

- Train staff, management, and end-users on general Dynamics CRM concepts and capabilities.

- Create documentation for and participate in knowledge transfer training sessions.

- Assist in sales support activities by contributing to RFP responses, writing Statement of Work content, reviewing sales pursuit deliverables, and participating in the overall team sales process.
