The incumbent will manage key Corporate HR Processes like Performance and Talent Processes, Employee Engagement, HR operations. The role offers excellent opportunity to set up HR systems and processes and create organization wide impact in a fast growing technology organization with a young workforce.  Key Deliverables:  - Design and implement performance management, communication and engagement initiatives across the organization  - Create initiatives around talent management, career planning and succession management and ensure execution through people managers  - Manage the Performance Process, cascades to people managers, employees and partner with leadership to ensure smooth execution  - Manage key employee lifecycle processes and work towards creating best practices  - Develop and implement employee engagement strategy  The ideal candidate (Tier-1 institutes) would:  - Have 2-4 years of experience in generalist HR roles  - Be hands-on and gets work done  - Innovative and execution focused  - Tolerance of ambiguity
