Work Experience - 10 to 12 years			 		 Nature of experience		  - Should have played multiple roles in a tier 1/2 IT Infrastructure Service delivery organization.   - Should know delivery, presales, account management.   - Should have participated in bid management and should have led bids of sizes upto $ 3 to $5 million 					 Competencies / behavioral skills 		  - Ability to conceptualize and visualize   - High energy individual with excellent communication skills  - Ability to influence, coordinate among peers ; should be able to connect and manage customer relationships easily  - Ability to motivate and lead a team of highly intelligent individuals by example 				 Responsibility Area  Proposal/Response development		  - Deliver differentiated proposals that result in customer WINS					  - Management of multiple simultaneous opportunity pursuits										  Due / Diligence and Proposal defence							  - Interface with delivery to get team in readiness for dd and for tranfer to BAU			  - Risk identification and mitigation					 							 Develop BA capabilities and capacity		  - Create learning opportunities for Bas, enhance BA deal handling capacity			  - Based on funnel visibility , to add capacity to the bid response team
