Desired Skills and Experience : - Should have experience in having strategized and driven the product road map for the ITSM tools towards enterprise service management tools.&nbsp; - Strong understanding of ITSM tools&nbsp; - Excellent communication skills, Presentation Skills and customer interaction skills&nbsp; - Aware of the emerging trends/technologies in the Infrastructure Industry&nbsp; - Ability to Work in a matrix organization and achieve the desired results&nbsp; - Strong Relationship management skills Key responsibilities include : - Leading the Product Management function for Microland's ITSM platform.&nbsp; - Responsible for achieving Revenue growth&nbsp; - Design and conceptualize product features and continuously do competitive benchmarking&nbsp; - Developing Product Roadmap including innovative solution which the delivery team can execute. - Prioritize delivery of new functionality and features according to documented feature roadmaps&nbsp; - Conduct Market research, understand, analyze and draw inferences from the Customer's environment and requirements&nbsp; - Collaborate with the relevant stakeholders to create the GTM Strategy&nbsp; - Create the customer value proposition.&nbsp; - Develop Collaterals and Case studies&nbsp; - Will be responsible for customer facing activities like Co-branded Webinars, Innovative Lead creation work&nbsp; - Accountable to create and manage all third-party partnerships required to execute the services
