Manager/ Sr. Manager- Business Finance  Title : Manager/ Sr. Manager - Finance  Qualification : CA/ ICWA   Work Experience : 9-13 Years  This role is responsible for :   - Complete Bid to Contract Cycle including the Commercial construct of contracts, Pricing, Negotiations and Contracting in liaison with the Legal and Sales teams,   - Enabling and ensuring achievement of Growth and Profitability goals of operating units, compliance with the financial policies and procedures by them   - Revenue and sales expense Budgeting, Delivery Budgets  - Revenue Forecasting and Effective reporting of Plan Vs. actuals and Performance reports to all functions  - Conduct of sales and Operations performance reviews  Nature of experience :   - Financial management, accounting, and cost control principles   - Business Finance Role in IT Industry  - Experience in contracting in International Geographies  - Business Planning & Corporate performance management   - Operational Profitability management   Main Responsibilities & Activities :   List of activities performed within each responsibility area  Financial Management :   - Manage the revenue assurance process for the organization.   - Report Unbilled and Unexpired Income on a monthly basis  - Responsible for the program profitability of the units  - Monitor the regular expenses and enforce budget control on those operating exps. Manage the exception process  - Drive cost control and support the team in improving cost efficiency  Financial Reporting & MIS :   - Ensure accuracy and timeliness of MIS reports and structure and manage the review process  - Certify the accuracy of Profitability Reports   Pricing :  - Ownership for Commercial construct of all the bids  Contract Management :  - Completion of contracts in liaison with Sales and Legal  Strategy Planning :  - Support the Financial Controller with providing market information, analysis relating to inorganic growth   - Support in preparing the strategy plan by providing in-depth analysis on market capabilities, industry, competition etc.  Business Planning :  - Prepare and communicate the Revenue plan to the units, align to the key strategies and the financial objectives of the company  - Set up the governance mechanisms for business plan execution  - Identify areas of investment and govern execution of the investment plans to realize the planned business value  Performance Management :  - Ensure alignment of business unit objectives to corporate goals  - Establish and finalize scorecard metrics and publish scorecards at the entity level to reflect the alignment  - Establish Financial measurement standards and monitor performance against goals (Unit goals)  - Publish goals for the leadership and ensure they are aligned to the scorecard  - Structure and conceive the variable pay program for the unit  Corporate Initiatives :  - Drive/ support corporate initiatives with regard to finance activities  - People Management Conduct/ review the performance appraisals of the team and ensure/ manage capability development for the team
