Job Description

- As a Specialist Recruitment Consultant, you will receive strong initial training to take on responsibility for building and managing a portfolio of clients within the Banking and Financial Services space.

- You will partner with senior decision makers within these organizations in determining and anticipating their human capital requirements

- You will also build and maintain a strong network of middle to senior level job seekers within the Banking & Financial Services space to drive the hiring process

- You will be a true business partner/consultant to some of the world’s most reputed companies

The Successful Applicant

- You will be a Qualified Accountant or an MBA Finance from a top tier University

- You will have 2 to 6 years of experience within the Finance space, with a strong flair for client facing roles

- You come with a solid track record of success, and proven ability to drive and influence at every level of an organization

- The ability to communicate effectively and manage multiple tasks efficiently is imperative for your success in this role

- Experience in any of the Big 4's is preferred
