Job Description - As a Recruitment Consultant - Private Banking & Wealth Management, you will be responsible for building and managing a portfolio of clients within the PWM sector. You will partner with senior decision makers within these organisations in determining and anticipating their human capital requirements. You will also build and maintain a strong network of job seekers in your specialisation in order to ultimately drive the hiring process to benefit both the client and candidate. You will be a true business partner/consultant to some of the world's most reputable companies and some of India's most influential business leaders.
The Successful Candidate - You are degree qualified from a top tier University and possess an MBA degree from a well reputed institution.
- You have between 2 - 6 years of experience (ideally in the private banking or wealth management industry) and have demonstrated a strong flair for client facing roles.
- You have a solid track record of success in your career and an ability to influence and effectively communicate at every level of an organisation.
- You are proactive, ambitious, and entrepreneurial and thrive in a completely meritocratic environment.
