If you aspire to be a stellar legal recruiter with a desire to be in an entrepreneurial environment then this is the place to be.   Core Responsibilities :  - Collaborate with hiring teams to build an effective sourcing, assessment, and closing strategy with an ability to manage customer/partner expectations through a deep understanding of return on investment  - Be able to engage passive candidates and gauge their chemistry for the right fitment  - Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through pro-active market research and on-going relationship management; conducts in-depth interviews of potential candidates, demonstrating ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences through high offer-to-interview ratios  - Articulate in writing a plan with deliverable timelines and a formal tracking process to deliver the highest quality results to the customer  Qualifications :  - Bachelor's degree in Law from a top law school  - Corporate/in-house experience in a law firm for 1 - 4 years  - Can also have an experience with a leading recruitment firm in India (legal recruitment) for 1 - 4 years  What's on Offer :   - World class training and development  - A generous base salary with the opportunity for excellent bonuses   - Chance to work in a fast paced & challenging business   - Global career opportunities
