To support our growth plans in India we are looking at hiring a young, dynamic individual for our Mumbai office.

Job Description - As a Recruitment consultant your responsibilities would include :

- Pitching business to new clients, understand their business needs & closing new business deals by coordinating requirements between the candidates and clients

- Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies

- Maintaining a healthy relationship and knowledge of product which is the candidate market

- Working with the internal team and other managers to increase sales opportunities and thereby maximize revenue for their organization.

The Successful Candidate :

- Ideally you have a MBA/Post graduate degree with 2-5 years (flexible on this) of work experience in a client facing role.

- You are persistent, resilient, have excellent communication skills, an amicable personality and hunger to succeed.

- You are competitive and appreciate being in a meritocratic culture.
