Job Description: As a consultant, you will be responsible for multiple facets of recruitment consulting:

- Business development & end to end client management Originate and develop new client relationships within your respective sector.

- Directly liaise with senior decision makers within these organizations in determining and anticipating their human capital requirements.

- Candidate Management Build and maintain a strong network of job seekers in your specialization.

- Interview and evaluate potential candidates to successfully represent them to clients.

- Recruitment Support Drive & manage the recruitment process to benefit both the client and candidate.

- Manage negotiation towards offer management and provide post placement support.

The Successful Candidate:

- You are an MBA from a reputed institution.

- You must have least 2 - 5 years operational experience within banking, finance or financial services and have demonstrated a strong flair for client facing roles.

- You have a strong track record of success in your career and an ability to influence and effectively communicate at every level of an organization.

- You are proactive, ambitious, and entrepreneurial and thrive in a meritocratic environment.
