Job Description :

- An associate consultant has a clear career path to take on the next role as a consultant in 9-12 months

- As an associate consultant, you will be responsible for building relationships with senior level candidates across industry segments (Banking, FMCG, FMCD, Healthcare, E-Commerce, Technology, Manufacturing, etc.)

- You will also build and maintain a strong network of HR Professionals who are job seekers e.g. Compensation experts, HR Business Partners, Talent experts and so on

- You will receive grooming and extensive training to take on the role of a full fledged consultant to managing the entire recruitment cucle including sales, consulting and recruitment process management

The Successful Applicant :

- You are a graduate from a top tier University with at least 1-2 years experience / a recent MBA graduate

- You are someone who is confident and can demonstrate clear success stories in your professional career
