Your responsibilities will include taking ownership of the following areas:  1. OPERATIONAL PROCESS PLANNING:  Though we are a startup, we are big on setting up processes the right way.  You will plan and document the operational processes with the management, make sure they are feasible to be executed and improvise as we go along.   2. TEAM: You will build, train and manage the complete operations team as we expand.  3. INFRA SETUP: You will locate and setup the right infrastructure for stationing our cars.  4. SERVICE QUALITY: We are looking for a service quality champion. You will ensure we are meeting our quality when it comes to ground-level manpower and timely delivery of fleet in good condition.  5. OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE: You will closely watch operational issues AND work on continual excellence of operations.  6. Manage Operations: Manage day to day operations through your team.  7. Business Analytics: Wreck your brain to device the business Analytics.  8. Domains: Operations, Control Room, Call Centre, Administration, Fleet Management, Station Management and allied areas.  Desired Skills and Experience:  - Outstanding people manager willing to manage operations at grass-root level  - Self-starter who takes complete ownership  - Team player willing to take on additional responsibility in a startup setup.  - Work experience of 10+ years in a Senior Managerial position in Operations.  Education: MBA from IIM/ISB or of equivalent repute.  Compensation: Basic Take Home + Sweat Equity (ownership in the company)
