If out-of-the-box thinking, ambiguity and taking on uphill challenges is what fuels you, you will thrive here.  As Chief Marketing Officer, you will have the sole ownership of the Marketing activities of the Company, right from ideation to tight, process-driven execution.  You will work alongside the GM (Sales & Operations) and report directly to the CEO and Board of Directors.  Your core responsibilities will span across the 5 major domains:  - Team: You will build, train and manage Marketing Team aligning with your vision of delivery.  - Marketing: You will conceptualize, set systems, execute and evaluate offline marketing strategies to the last detail.  - Digital Marketing: You will conceptualize, set systems, execute and evaluate online marketing strategies to the last detail.  - Key Sales Metrics: You will study key sales metrics, monitor trends, and achieve daily, quarterly and yearly goals.  - Brand Management: You will uphold and promote the brand by studying customer satisfaction, gauging and constantly improving brand identity.   Desired Skills and Experience:  - Core skills of Marketing Concepts, Positioning, People Management, Sales Planning, Competitive Analysis, Financial Planning.  - Work experience of 6-9 years.  - MBA from a well-reputed institute.  - Moderate to high experience with digital marketing is a must.  - Direct selling and network marketing experience is a big plus.
