About our Client - Our client is a leading MNC player in the medical devices sector. With a strong global presence and a well established business in India, they are looking to hire a Manager to head their Talent Management and Talent Acquisition piece for India to be based in Gurgaon.
Job Description - Reporting into the Head of HR for India, you will manage a team of 2 and your responsibilities will include:
Talent Acquisition:
- Leading the recruitment strategy piece for India which will encompass candidates in sales and for the corporate office
- Sourcing through innovative methods - social media, job boards, consultants and ensuring the right source mix is maintained to optimize cost
- Conduct screening and managing internal stakeholders to closing negotiations will be an integral part of the role
- Talent Management Identifying training need analysis for the sales employees & optimizing on all available learning resources available to facilitate best in class training (this will not include training delivery)
- Hi-pot identification and carving individual development plans
- Ensuring readiness for roles, career mapping and succession planning
- Participating in various organizational development initiatives and partnering closely with the business & Head HR for this
The Successful Candidate - You will have 8-10 years of work experience and will have exposure to working within the FMCG / Pharma sectors. Exposure to managing Sales employees for 5+ years is essential for this role. You will have exposure to various recruitment strategies and will have managed talent acquisition across levels and will have a strong foothold on talent management for Sales employees.
