Organisation - Leading MNC - FMCD, based in Gurgaon.  Title Name - Manager – HR (Male Candidate Only)  Reporting to - Sr. Director HR   Location - Corporate Office , Gurgaon  Division - HR   Education and Experience - MBA (HR), HR generalist with 11-15 years’ experience.   Oracle Peoplesoft exposure desirable.  Other Important Information  - Good Inter-personal skills/ Customer Focused   - Assertive communication  - Business minded  - Quality conscious and believes in continuous improvement  Job Summary -   - To assist the Head of HR Operations to deliver a pro-active, progressive, innovative and customer-focused HR   - To facilitate the achievement of business objectives and to drive forward organisational performance.  - To strengthen processes on recruitment and performance management  Recruitment :  - Develop methodologies so that organization is able to recruit high quality employees effectively and efficiently to ensure 100% manpower on board with minimum lead time  - Strategic recruitment: Long term and short term workforce planning; finding innovative ways of sourcing candidates, maintaining a pipeline and selling organisation as a great place to work in externally; using new tools and checking efficacy of current tools for quality hiring; managing budgets for hiring  - Managing Complete Recruitment LifeCycle for PAN India through team: Understanding the profile in consultation with the functional heads and preparing/tweaking the Job description for all positions, notifying the position internally, sourcing resumes through agencies and other sources, interviewing candidates and recommending top candidates for next level of interview with functional heads, doing reference checks post selection of candidate.  - Managing source of hiring: Planning, execution and effectiveness check of various sources of hiring like website, newspaper advertisement, Empanelment and review of consultants. Promoting referral hiring.  - Process enhancements & Adherence: Establish competency based recruitment process. Be a central point of contact with all recruitment staff- ensuring that process is adhered to with respect to profiling, documentation and relevant checks for quality.  - Recruitment Analytics: Generating recruitment metrics like source of hiring, recruiter’s productivity, vendor effectiveness, lead time, cost of hiring, trackers, quality of hiring and other MIS for analyzing the effectiveness of the current process to ensure closure of any gaps.  Performance Management:  - Ensure effective functioning of Performance Management process in the organization.   - Ensuring people get regular feedback on performance and skill.  - Quality check of PMS, building top management support  - Understand industry best practices on performance management, managing High Potential and make recommendations  - Educating managers on effective dialoguing in appraisals   - Identification of low performers and early intervention   - Ensuring timely and quality appraisal cycles  - Managing career progression process of the organization.  Attrition Management :   - Attrition to be contained within 12%.   - Ext interview feedback with action to be shared within a week of resignation.  - Attrition analysis to be shared with Management  - Retention of high performers  Peoplesoft:  - Ensure effective usage of Peoplesoft for PMS and Recruitment modules.
