Designation : Mgr/Sr Mgr-Business Planning  Location : Gurgaon (But can be transferred to any part of the country with a short notice)  Profile:  - Assists the Management in strategic planning and monitoring of the Group businesses. It operates closely with the Management, business heads, corporate functions and the business review councils above and below the ranks.  - Supports the Management in driving the business of sales/distribution/marketing /operations with regular review and evaluation of business performance.  - Market research/business planning with financial model and viability to roll it out in stipulated timelines.  - Prioritizes key areas of given project and actively follows up on strategic, operational issues and implementing the strategy on behalf of the Management  - To aid the Management in business performance analysis of a set of businesses.  - To be able to own and deliver P&L planning and execution with ownership to drive business.  - To improve momentum of decision making by reducing the cycle time.  - To bridge strategic information gap through constant monitoring.  - To actively follow up business issues with each Business/Corporate Function on behalf of the Management and provide Action Taken Reports.  - To drive the Business Review Council process in the Group through meetings, audio/ video conferencing.  - To render timely advice to the Management on issues relating to Corporate Governance.  - To anticipate demands on the Management time and take proactive initiatives  - Assist Management in managing the key external interfaces.  - Help Management decide on potential new business entry  Financials & Business Review  1.1 Evaluation and preparation of Business plan based on catchment analysis, business factors and data mining of the data and being able to convert them to working business with responsibility of P&L.  1.2 Support in supplementary reports for business review and forecasting/analysis for decision making.  1.3 Prepare Business case/plan for Viability for business decisions/ additional revenue streams   1.4 Any other Financial/ Business review as required by the management and follow up to close the requirements.  Business Responsibility & Awareness –   2.1 Prepare and track market research reports  2.2 Competition tracking with database of companies and industry updates including comparative Financial data summary.  2.3 Market visit with market report adding value to present business.  Business Process / Templates  3.1 Prepare and follow the Standardized Templates and process flows for business decisions for Management consideration.  3.2 Preparing Proposal for revision/ improvement in processes/ policies.  Interested candidate with similar profile forward cv in word format with current and expected package
