Mgr/Sr Mgr - Supply Chain - BPO Services

Position : MANAGER / SENIOR MANAGER (SUPPLY CHAIN)

EXPERIENCE : 8-12 years in IT Services/ BPO Companies

EDUCATION: MBA from TOP B schools is Must

Job Location : Bangalore, India

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Create new service offerings in the supply chain space across Plan, Source, Make, Deliver areas including technology tool kits, KPIs and business outcomes

2. Work to build a strong and credible relationship with the client through working collaboratively to understand challenges and provide solutions

3. Identification of client objectives for outsourcing in the supply chain

4. Ability to articulate value proposition and solution offerings in the supply chain area including key differentiators for client

5. Work closely with business development teams to partner with them in taking the supply chain service offerings to market

6. Work with engagement executives to mine existing accounts and determine opportunity areas in the supply chain space and create solution proposals for the same

7. Interact with industry analysts to communicate the value proposition of the supply chain service offerings

8. Develop thought leadership collaterals showcasing client's capabilities in the supply chain outsourcing space

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

- At least 5 years of experience in supply chain and allied areas

- Excellent client relationship skills

- Organized and self motivated

- Innovation & thought leadership
