I have started this Organisation after working in the industry for 16yrs in HR..

My last Organisation was CSC.. In the past worked with HCL, Nucleus S/w, NPI, DCM, Mitsui.

We partner with our clients to fill up their strategic and leadership positions for their business success.

In the process, currently we are partnering with a large Indian MNC.

POSITION –Manager/Sr.Mgr – Learning & Development.. Job Location – Noida.. Exp – 7 to 10yrs

To drive a competence based framework to learning and development through training, certifications, knowledge management resulting in competency improvement of the Freshers and Lateral hires.

NOTE : GOOD EXP IS REQUIRED IN CAMPUS FRESHER’S TRAINING PROGRAMS. PREFERENCE GIVEN TO CANDIDATES COMING WITH SALES TRAINING EXPOSURE.

Job Description – Manager/Senior Manager – Learning & Development

To drive a competence based framework to learning and development through training, certifications, knowledge management resulting in competency improvement of the Freshers and Lateral hires.

NOTE : GOOD EXP IS REQUIRED IN CAMPUS FRESHER’S TRAINING PROGRAMS. PREFERENCE GIVEN TO CANDIDATES COMING WITH SALES TRAINING EXPOSURE.

1. Job Details

- Function: Learning and Competence Development

- Position: Manager/Sr.Mgr – Learning & Development

- Location: Noida

- Interfaces: Leadership, Business teams, Location HR, HR Operations, Finance and Facilities, Global Learning and Competence Development,

2. Key Responsibilities

- Drive competency development framework.

- Drive the culture of learning and development through Training Need Identification process, monthly training calendar.

- Drive automation in learning and competence development.

- Setup a robust training process and its adherence to quality standards.

- Establish industry best practices for the measurement of Efficiency and effectiveness of training programs.

- Meet the business needs of certifications.

3. Authority

- To establish and drive the competence framework as per the business needs and budget available.

4. Candidate Requirements

- Graduate / Post Graduate in HR

- Industry experience: 7 to 12 years of overall industry experience
