Manager- HRO

Urgently looking for MANAGER- HRO with reputed consulting firm based at Mumbai.

LOCATION: Mumbai

Required Expereince:

- Individual who had handled employee strength of 1000+ with experience into HRO processes such as payroll, hiring support, termination support, compensation support.

- Knowledge and understanding of Global Mobility.

- Who had Align with the quality team and drive process improvements from time to time

- Who had Drive Talent Engagement and Talent Retention Programs to arrest attrition

- Having an Subject Matter Expertise in HRO space

- Monitored and reported performance of the process regularly as per the process cycle and communicate to the key stakeholders accordingly.

Qualification:

- Good Communication Skills

- 4-8 years of relevant work experience; preferably from ITES, BFSI, IT industry.

- Professional qualification- MBA
