Mgr/Sr Mgr - HR Business Partner - ITES/BFSI (6-10 yrs)
Urgently looking for Manager/Senior Manager Business Partner
ctc: 14-17 lakh
- Looking for Experienced HR with 6-9 years of experience into HR business partner role.
- Looking someone preferably from Finance and ITES industry with MBA full time from Premier B-school only.
Job Responsibility:
- To lead and manage HR initiatives required to support the establishment for 1000+ employee.
- To lead the co-ordination and implementation of activities initiated by the People Work stream
- To source capabilities in key skill areas to enable the establishment of centers of excellence delivering continuous improvement in processes and service.
- To provide HR guidance and professional support to the Leadership Team related to people initiatives.
- To define a learning and development strategy and implement appropriate finance learning programmes to build technical and business capabilities.
Essential Criteria:
- Must have handled employee engagement activities along with handling global stakeholders.
- Experienced HR resource with deep domain understanding and Operations orientation.
- Must have great people management skills to deliver on the job.
