Mgr/Sr Mgr/DGM - Learning & Development (10-20 yrs)

Job Description:

1. Partner with the business to identify team level learning and development needs in alignment with business needs

2. Leading the complete talent development framework for the entire group.

3. Build a competency framework and design assessment methodologies in accordance with the same

4. Manage Talent Management program right from identifying, developing and monitoring individual development programs for high potential employees.

5. Integrate the available functional and behavioral competency framework in key HR processes.

6. Develop and build leadership capabilities via management & leadership development programs including
executive coaching strategy and roll out learning solutions

7. Develop & manage the succession management program to ensure continuity of critical talent within the organization.

8. Create and deploy tools / frameworks to drive effective implementation of learning modules.

9. Manage the learning & development budget.

10. Deploy a strong Assessment Centre Model to measure and improve capture of training needs

11. Lead and develop the T&D and OD team to provide quality value added services in all aspects of organization development.

Desired profile of the candidate:

1. Should have 10-20 years experience in Training and Development and organizational development role.

2. Proven progressive leadership and success in developing and executing company-wide learning

3. Experience in leading and managing change, project management

4. methods and metrics of managing organizational change and measuring impact of solutions on the organizations performance

5. Should have worked on competency frameworks, assessment centre designs and talent assessments

6. Should be a good communicator with effective and strong interpersonal skills

7. Must have the flexibility to travel

8. Strong ability to think critically and systemically

9. Ability to operate independently and utilize strong decision making skills.
