ROLE PURPOSE
To work with the business to understand, design, deliver and institutionalize developmental interventions that embed the Vodafone way as the way of life in every employee. The role will be further responsible for operationalizing an ecosystem that integrates Planned Change, Talent Management Initiatives, Engagement Interventions and developmental work to contribute to building the Vodafone Way Culture.
ESSENCE OF ROLE- Key Accountabilities
1. Impact on the Business
- Systematized plan for OD, Talent Management, and Engagement, aligned to business objectives and the Vodafone Way.
- Establishing effective and efficient Diagnosis to Closure Cycle
- Ensuring that planned change becomes a key enabler for VISPL to deliver value to our principal’s
2. Customers, Suppliers and Third Parties
- Ensuring that the best get the opportunity to work with VISPL and are able to deliver fully.
- Ensuring a ready to deploy network of partners
- Enabling co-created solutions with business participation and sound L&D fundamentals
3. Leadership and Teamwork
- Evangelizing ‘Development’ attitude with focus on Diagnostics, Participative Dialoguing and Value Based Change in the entire organization
- Managing an environment of multiple stakeholders at various levels in the organization
- Providing support to L&D team
4. Innovation and Change
- Operationalizing a build some – buy some strategy
- Working for enhancement of internal capability

Administrative:
- Enabling the Planed Change, TM, Engagement frameworks as required
- Data management and reporting accuracy – using technology and without; recommending automations etc.
- Participate in Employee Value Proposition Ideation and coordination for successful implementation
- Implementing planned group and interventions
Constructive:
- Ensuring knowledge of best in class content, frameworks and practices – visible through researched recommendations
- Layering interventions and institutionalizing OD, Engagement & TM journeys
- Ensuring requisite focus on Leadership Capability Building, Development Centers, Competency Assessment, EQ & SQ focused interventions
- Delivering Value Added interventions by self – facilitated workshops, coaching
- Supporting L&D head with L&D span
PERSONAL SPECIFICATIONS
ESSENTIAL/DESIRED
Academic:
1. Psychology/Sociology/MBA HR from a good institute
2. Certifications in psychometrics, facilitation or other Learning methods/framework/content
Experience:
1. 8 – 10 years of training delivery, OD intervention, Engagement, Talent management, Leadership development experience mix
2. 10 – 12 years of overall experience in reputed brands – banks, SSO, IT Majors, Learning/Consulting Service Providers
Behavioral/Mindset:
1. A mindset to do in-depth diagnosis and detail structuring of interventions
2. A mindset to hold steady and run a regular set of interventions
3. A mindset to respond to emerging needs proactively and establish/facilitate newer sets of interventions
4. A mindset to make continuous improvements
