We have an urgent requirement with our client please find below mentioned details

Designation - Manager/Sr.Manager- Real estate research
Location - Mumbai
JD -
1) Market Analysis & Demand Assessment, Product Mix Derivations, Business Modeling & Sensitivity Analysis for Residential, Commercial, Retail, Hospitality & Entertainment Sectors.
2) Market Research for retail shopping malls, office space and residential developments.
3) Analysis of annual results of competition, research on real estate market, the price trends for bought and leased properties.
4) Researching on the prevalent rates applicable in the market for different property types and give projection on the future market movement.
5) Conducting Development Feasibility study for projects - commercial, retail malls, residential, SEZ, hotels, warehouses, industrial and alternate asset classes like educational institutes & healthcare city.
6) Advice the valuation team about the real estate scenario and trends and assist in Property Appraisals (DSCR, NPV, IRR & XIRR estimations) using Residual & DCF Models.
7) Valuation of fixed assets like Agriculture Land, Industrial land, SEZ, Residential project, Commercial project, Industrial project, Malls, Office buildings etc.
8) Assist in preparing the summary sheet of the subject property and comparable properties with all the details that affects the valuation.
Desired candidate profile :-
- Minimum 4 yrs relevant Experience in research / advisory in real estate industry
- Good understanding of the financial markets and excellent financial modeling skills.
