We are currently looking for an Asstt Manager - Manufacturing position with the topmost FMCG Conglomerate in India. The position is to be based at plants located in Bangalore.

Candidate Profile :
- BE/ BTech from IITs or from NIT-Trichy/ Warangal. 2007-2010 Batch
- Strategic thinking and ability to build strong partnerships
- Ability to collaborate with strong people management skills
- Manage ambiguity
- Excellent analytical abilities
Key Responsibilities For Manufacturing
- To supervise adherence to production plan and quality norms
- Supervision of production at various Company Owned/ contract manufacturing locations.
- To ensure adherence to all systems related to manufacturing, receipt of raw materials, and despatch of packed finished products
- Responsible for maintaining log of all activities related to manufacture at the manufacturering site
- Responsible for ensuring Company’s interests are met at the contract manufacturing unit
Salary : Best in the FMCG industry - Should be around Rs.14.0 Lpa
