Job: Social Media & Email Marketing Manager  Location: Gurgaon  Key Responsibities:  - Help in developing, executing overall B2B marketing strategy at Mettl  - Manage the primary social media channels: Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google+  - Create, Manage, Execute Email marketing campaigns with the help of Creative designers  - Measure the reach, scale and effectiveness of marketing campaigns using analytics  - Monitor and evaluate peer organizations for their use of social networks, keep track of best practices  - Keep informed of new applications, trends and traffic in online marketing  Skill- set & Knowledge base:  - Excellent Written, Spoken communication skills  - Good Analytical skills  - Social media savvy - leverage social media for lead generation, engagement  - Familiarity with atleast one of the below mentioned softwares will be a plus  - Web Analytics tools - Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Kissmetrics  - Email marketing softwares – Mailchimp, Netcore  - Marketing automation tools - Hubspot/Marketo/Act-on  Qualification  - Minimum 1 year of related professional experience  - Proven results in either one of the online marketing medium – Social Media, Email marketing  - Bachelor/Masters Degree  - Preferably in Marketing, Communications
