Job Description  Role: Manager, Digital Marketing, B2B Lead Generation  Key Location: Gurgaon  Key Responsibilities:  a) Drive an extensive lead generation campaign for Mettl for enterprise as well as SME landscape  b) Take ownership of various lead generation channels (E-Mail Marketing, SEO, SEM) and drive them to fruition in terms of lead quality and number of leads generated  c) Understand the different product lines under the Mettl suite and drive a lead generation program for each of them, by understanding their specific Target Audience. The digital media where they - hang out- and how best to reach them would be driven by you.  Skill Sets:  a) Having a natural affinity towards HR trends, HR pain points and insights relevant to areas like Recruitment, Assessments, Training and Development.   b) Extensive experience marketing enterprise SaaS through Digital Channels. Having marketed HR tools in your previous stint would be a huge plus.  c) Ability to draft strategic roadmaps for qualified traffic generation through inbound (Google Organic/ Adwords) as well as outbound (Linkedin, Twitter, E-Mail) channels.  d) Deep understanding of where the target audience - hangs out- on the web (In this case, HR middle and senior managers) and executing successful outreach strategies for lead generation.  e) Ability to work with Cross Functional teams (Sales, Product etc.) to generate relevant insights to better market the different product lines.  f) Must Haves: In depth understanding of optimizing landing pages and email campaigns.  g) Good To Haves: Understanding of Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Retargeting, Facebook Advertising, Linkedin Self Service Advertising, Reseller/Affiliate Marketing   Experience   a) Minimum 2-3 years of experience marketing on Digital Channels.  b) Exposure of marketing to HR decision makers would be a huge plus.
