Role : General Manager Sales - Vocational Skill Certification Business  Location : Gurgaon  Key Tasks :  - Responsible for achievement of revenue targets and collection coordination for assigned / targeted no. of Govt clients  - Research, Account Mapping and Lead generation to support revenue targets  - Acquiring new clients for the business in Government vertical for Vocational Skill space  - Maintain and increase the flow of incoming business and maintaining good relations with Govt authorities / clients  - Govt Liaising and Relationship Management   - Up-selling and Cross-selling with all new Clients to maintain the future association and ensure y-o-y growth   - Updating Sales Efforts in CRM and assist in preparation of reports and MIS   - Coordination with in-house Operations / Field / Technical team for smooth deliverables.   Qualification and Experience :  - MBA/PGDM (Engineering candidates in UG preferred)  - Experience in Selling to Government Accounts for a minimum of 5 years   - Someone doing BD in Skill Development / Certification / NSDC / PMKVY or any other Skill Development linked program is a preference  - Should have sold and acquired big accounts and have managed a team for sales operations and BD  - Technical / Product orientation can be a plus.   Industries Preferred :   IT / ITES / Publication House / Training Partner / Assessment Partner
