- Develop brand and communication strategy for Meru, entry strategies for new markets & initiatives to meet specific market requirements.  - Develop unique strategies for new product launch.   - Develop & execute marketing plan within budget to support business objective & targets  - Develop ATL, BTL, TTL activities, region specific events and promotions, responsible for demand generation and growing revenue per Cab.  - Identify key consumer / market segments for MERU and create solutions.  - Responsible for enhancement of brand equity. To ensure brand communication is innovative and attractive at all consumer touch points  - Need - Gap analysis, competition, market and margin analysis.  - Manage all media initiatives including creative development to ensure sufficient exposure and reach to the right Target Audience.   - Manage all agencies - Creative / Media planning/ interactive / BTL on an on-going basis for smooth operations.  - Vendor Negotiation, appointment and execution, and sensible distribution of budgets   Skills Required:  - Brand Management experience with consumer brands   - Ability to work with ad agencies, research agencies etc.   - Project Management capabilities  - Ability to influence & excellent communication skills  - Commercial acumen   - Ability to manage internal and external relationships
