- Designing new processes for newly added services using BPMS (Business Process Management System) approach along with enhancement of existing processes.
- Conducting Process Assurance for CTB (Critical to Business) Processes using AIRr model (Assessment of Integrated Reality & risk).
- Key role in Initiating / Leading projects (change initiatives) meet business, schedule and budget objectives, focusing on people side of change – including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organization structures.
- Should have hands of Experience in ISO Audits / Procedure / System Implementation
- Should have experience in Customer Audits / Inspection
- Should have knowledge of Incoming / In-process / Final / Pre-dispatch Inspection procedures
- Should have knowledge in Customer complaints handling procedures
- Should be professional in Excel / PPT / word
- Should have knowledge in 7 QC tools, Root cause analysis, POKA Yoke, Rejection / rework control.
- Should handle a set of QA Team
- 3rd Party Inspection / Procedure / Handling 3rd party skills required
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities required to successfully perform the job
- Leading Quality Audit (Internal and external) and manage multi-discipline QA/ QC teams
- Conduct Project Quality System review meeting regularly with project team
- Experience in Process Improvement/ Lean implementation
- Certified of Lean Six Sigma Green Belt / Black Belt
Relevant Exp- (10 to 15 years) Hands on experience in QA function, able to set up the entire QA function of a growing company independently. Exp. of ISO and TS systems / quality planning
Substantial experience in Service or Manufacturing Background with large exposure to managing a blue collared subscriber base.
