Job Summary:
- The role holder has to provide leadership and direction to the respective Location Operations. To be responsible for the P&L of the respective location.
Job Description/Key Deliverables:
- Profit Centre Management
- To build and groom team to run radio taxis services in the city
- To manage all branch functional deliverables with respect to People management & Operational Efficiencies- including Fleet management, Subscriber management & Franchise Management
- Establish enduring relationships with Customers - corporate & retail and enable a high degree of
Visibility and credibility for the MERU brand. Ensure adherence to Customer service policy so as to ensure high satisfaction from the fleet services
- To set up processes and systems to enhance operational efficiencies including development of Relevant MIS. Ensure fleet quality by regular technical & non technical quality audit.
- Establish Service Level Agreements which would include-Standards to ensure car quality & service delivery as laid down in the company policies.
- To establish a Vendor empanelment process, training & orientation plan for Vendors & DSE as per the deployment specifications for the city & ensure effective implementation, also periodic refresher training, Corrective Training
- To continuously have a bench of new vendors & DSE through Feet on Street activities and events like road shows and vendor meets.
- To grow business in the city by adding more cars and new consumers
- To manage staffing, performance management and retention strategies for employee in the location.
- Liaison with Govt. and other relevant agencies for smooth functioning of the business
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities required to successfully perform the job
- To have handled large scale operations in the Service industry, Car rental, Fleet, Courier, logistics, Taxi business or similar businesses.
- Entrepreneurial drive
- Experience in leading multifunctional teams.
- Market savvy, good commercial acumen with good PR & communication skills
- Should have experience as a Profit Centre Head or Senior Level (Ops) position with a mid-sized operation
Relevant Experience: (6 to 8 years) Operations in any Cab Services/Fleet Operators /
- Total Experience 10 years in Operations in any Service Industry.
- Substantial experience in the Automotive / Logistics Background with large exposure to managing a
blue collared subscriber base.
