Merchandiser - Sourcing - Bags/Wallets

Minimum 3.5 years of experience

- Preferably candidates who had experience with accessories (Bags, wallets etc)

- Sourcing experience on Home products

Key Skills:

- To review supplier portfolio with view to maximising supplier relationship, cost prices and minimums.

- To source new suppliers where needed to ensure product portfolio is developed in a cost effective manner.

- To manage buying processes within the team to ensure

- Accurate planning of product lines are in season and in stock in line with the retail cycle and events.

- Timely delivery of product samples to demonstrate ideas / concepts to assist in decision making.

- All costs of products are kept to a minimum not reducing the quality of good products.

- Comprehensive understanding and implementation of legal requirements involved in contractual agreements.

- Source, build and maintenance of excellent relationships with suppliers worldwide and to protect the confidentiality of our supplier list.

- Negotiation on all supplier rates to ensure the best possible price and in line with budget.

- To ensure the quality and consistency of all branded products is at optimum levels.

- Preferably candidates who had experience with accessories(Bags, wallets etc)

- Sourcing experience on Home products will be an added advantage.
