Responsibility :   Colleague Engagement :  - Drive the annual All Colleague Engagement Survey across businesses/functions  - Analyze and present findings from the Survey to leadership and colleagues  - Work with the Leadership and Engagement Champions on Action Planning and report progress  - Lead employee engagement initiatives across businesses/functions  - Develop and execute strategy on retaining key people in the system  - Manage HR communication to colleagues regarding new hires, Performance Management, Insurance Enrollments, R&R Programs, Birthdays  - Work with relevant stakeholders to plan colleague connect events like Annual Party, Monthly Birthdays etc.   % of time spent : 20%  Employee Lifecycle management :  - Support onboarding and orientations of new joiners across functional / business areas;   - Ensure job descriptions are up to date and accurate.   - Continually seek to improve templates, processes and procedures in line with company changes, legislation and best practice;  - Proactively engage with stakeholders and colleagues through phone / 1-on-1 connects to gauge sentiment and plan / advise suitable interventions  - Work with HR Operations to support the exit process  % of time spent : 15%  Learning and Development :  - Lead and Manage specific projects related to training and development across businesses / functions  - Collaborate with business leaders to identify learning needs and work with the Talent & Inclusion COE to ensure that appropriate learning interventions are implemented for the same   % of time spent : 15%  Performance Management :  - Provide performance management advice and support to stakeholders to ensure that they are equipped with the necessary tools and techniques;  - Support colleagues and People Managers on key steps in the Performance Management Process which includes providing advice and assistance as required to complete the process successfully   - Enter into consultations with managers to ensure key performance issues are identified and establish what barriers may exist to hinder performance;  - In conjunction with the manager, develop individual action plans to be used as the basis for measurement as part of the performance counselling process;  - Create awareness among colleagues on the overall process and educate them on the relevant tools  - Be an advisor to Managers dealing with performance issues within their teams; Coach colleagues to improve their performance  % of time spent : 10%  Rewards & Recognition :  - Execute the Rewards Philosophy of the organization through the R&R Programs in place  - Liaise with the businesses/functions to take nominations of colleagues under different categories; Review nominations with a panel of leaders to identify winners  - Work with Finance and Administration in administering the Rewards  - Liaise with the Total Rewards COE as needed to review the R&R Framework and Programs  % of time spent : 10%  Policy Management & Administration :  - Implement and interpret HR policies and procedures and create awareness among colleagues around policies;  - Provide advice to management regarding policies to ensure they are compliant with internal processes and procedures; Create awareness among colleagues on the policies  - Manage and respond to employee queries relating to policies and redirect when necessary;  - Support the Insurance Benefit Renewal and Enrollment Process at a pan India level and work closely with teams in Marsh and the Third Party Administrator to manage the administration of this benefit,Work with HR Operations to manage recoveries of Parents Policy Premium from Payroll; Escalate issues in policy administration to the relevant teams   % of time spent : 15%  Talent Reviews and High Performer Development :  - Support Managers and colleagues during the performance life cycle  - Support the India Leadership and the Talent & Inclusion COE in conducting talent reviews; Act as an advisor to stakeholders in identifying Emerging and Critical Talent; Create reports on an ongoing basis to support talent assessment and decision-making  - Analyse talent review outcomes to identify succession planning and training gaps  - Support the global interventions targeted at high performers   % of time spent : 5%  Annual Compensation Review Process :  - Review initial ratings, identify and consult with managers regarding any potential issues;  - Support and coach managers in providing feedback relating to performance and individual's ratings;   - Provide guidance and support to managers throughout the process, ensuring communication channels are open and the manager is clear on what is expected. Advise new Managers on the process and support them through the process   - Have a firm understanding of data and have the ability to integrate data e.g. pay study, that is provided to you;  - Review documents, templates and reports as required with HR Leader / Total Rewards COE / Business Leaders   - Own the administration of compensation and rating data on Human Capital Connect (HCC); Ensure that changes in the rating / promotion / compensation data are updated on HCC on a regular basis; Highlight discrepancies and report the HCC data to leaders as required   - Liaise with Managers on collecting up to date and accurate job descriptions in template format for promotions identified in review process;  - Support the HR Leader through the review of recommendations with the Total Rewards COE as well as with calibration meetings throughout the process   - Provide support to Managers during the communication of compensation / rating / promotion decisions to colleagues;   % of time spent : 5%  Corporate Social Responsibility Initiatives :  - Collaborate with GOSS Mercer Cares team in identifying CSR opportunities in Gurgaon and planning CSR events for Consulting   - Run the Mercer Cares Mumbai and Bangalore Chapters by identifying CSR opportunities and planning volunteering events/activities  - Manage the Mercer Cares Budgets for Chapters in Mumbai and Bangalore; Liaise with Regional/Global Mercer Cares team and MMC CSR team as required to plan and organize CSR events  % of time spent : 5%
